We often get asked the same questions and thought we would add them here in an easy to find place.
In general our teams will only be outside your property for no more than a few days. The team will continue to trench along the street and re-establish the area as they go. You will see our teams in the area for the next few months as we connect you to the Cityfibre network.
Absolutely. Our teams will endeavour to maintain the access route to your property but there may be times when access could be limited, if this occurs please ask the gang for assistance or feel free to contact the Oakway office on 01566 777835. The Teams’ Supervisor will also be visiting the area each day; they can be found wearing a black hard hat.
We will work with the council and their services to ensure there is limited disruption. Please put your bins out as per normal but you may wish to consider where these are left, ensuring these are visible to the waste collection team.
